Devotion Posted April 18, 2009 Report Posted April 18, 2009 First of all, the Divine Dragon is from a really classic PS1 game, therefore there is already a great storyline there. Then we adapt that story to Fro and tweak it to fit with the server. And THEN I involve other people in the creation. I contacted a player who can make maps and gave her a general description, and she said she could do it. I also passed the idea by Siege, so that he could make the NPC's etc with me. Next, there is a whole thread of feedback that was filled with general approval for a long challenging quest. So I went ahead and planned. And once I have something to show for it, then I'll get more approval. To be honest it kind of ticked me off that someone disregarded an existing plan for a quest and made a very similar one instead. Oh but no offense.
Amitsu Posted April 19, 2009 Author Report Posted April 19, 2009 well i can clearly see that this idea isn't progressing at all so you guys do whatever you want. i already put in an accessory that will increase your power especially when in the other world to give you a higher chance of killing him faster than you would without the accessory. but equipments would be sort of out of the question unless it was equal to or greater than the currently existing ones, otherwise people would just see no point in using it.
Kuyuti Posted April 20, 2009 Report Posted April 20, 2009 Well I told you I didn't agree with the ACcessorys name so that maybe it would be a bit better off to follow the story line. I think my questline does need a bit work but I think associating a few of the few lesser used MVP cards (Atroce, Vesper and Pharoah) may very well help out the economy as well. But anyway I wouldn't reccomend telling people the quest line >.>;;; but maybe a pool of suggestiongs to give you an idea on what to do lol.
Amitsu Posted April 21, 2009 Author Report Posted April 21, 2009 naming things are not a big deal. that can be changed in like 30 seconds. the main problem is getting the work actually done: the spriting and editing. which by far i know has made no progress. and that's only a basic overview. there is more to it then shown. i just wouldn't want to type it again. so basically its just a quick skim through the thing. of course a lot more things will be added
