Hrist Posted April 10, 2009 Report Posted April 10, 2009 Hello everyone, the name's Jerry and I'm here to announce the second opening of Affinity, a social guild made to help newbies in the game. Although I already am affiliated with other major guilds, I'd like to carry this out in favor for a good friend of mine who recently retired in ForsakenRO. Maybe I'll call it, "sharing my blessings". My goal is to try and show the new players that Forsaken is the kind of server they'll gladly call their home. Affinity: Second Ignition - The guild is still and will be led by Mezri, and although she already retired, I will still use her original guild to take in newbies. Being an old Affinity member myself, I found myself unable to resist the opportunity to help newer players out whenever the opportunity calls for it. - No, I did not change the original Affinity. But since I don't know where the guild thread was (and I don't have edit powers), I will just make a second thread. Once I get the original thread from Mezri, I'll switch back to the original one. - Old and existing members of Affinity can still post here. The old guild thread is here. So I'm here. What now? - Once again, Affinity is here to help out new players. Want to do a little community service? Join now. Old and new players welcome. As of now there's not much to do but I plan on hosting MVP events and other recreational activities. Also, I'll provide free leeching service for new players, so just ask me if you need it (lol guys, don't try to cheat although I'll pretty much leech you anyway). The guild will formally open next week so stay tuned for future updates. I'll just finish the preparations first then the guild will be open once again. Guild Website - Coming soon. Again, this isn't a WOE/PvP guild. I'll try to help you out with your battles, but try to stay out of trouble. This is a social guild, so lets all have fun. We do have buttsecks and cookies too.
