HW in PvP

Alright, I don't care about the two-sec casting time. Or that Kiels are teh better choice. I just want a clear and definite answer to save me time.

Does the High Wiz card, which ignores mdef, actually work against players? It logically should do work since Incan, which ignores def, does.

I apologize if this simple question offends the pros.

It does ignore the MDEF of the target. However, that sometimes comes as counterproducent since some people's MDEF is on the negative values due to Tao Gunka.

It was tested on my 98 hard MDEF and it works.

The only problem is when people use Tao it's HARD MDEF is already negative, so using HWiz card is infact reducing ur damage than increase it.

It was nerfed for the pre-GTB change some months ago. The idea got abolished and the HW card was returned to normal.
