Evasive Posted March 19, 2009 Report Posted March 19, 2009 ok so... how about adding an optional 4-16 character* long password for your storage? can only be activated / deactivated by the player during the game. example: type @storage with the password thing activated, you will get a bar requesting the 4-16 long password thing, if you type the password incorrectly, the storage does not open and the password thing will close. if you activate it before logging out, it will remain active for the next times you log on until you deactivate it. purpose: prevent losing items if the account is "hacked". say someone gets into your account because they figure out your main password, their intentions will be to absolutely wipe your account of all the items, but if they're in your storage that requires a password, how will they do so? they won't be able to, unless they have another lucky guess, guessing 16 characters. *characters include: numbers, signs, letters ; 1234567890, abcd... etc, !@#$%^... etc what do you think? i don't know how to really explain it, but with hope, you understand.

BUT I will say something about "hackers" .. most "hackers" aren't hackers .. they're you're "friends" or someone you thought was a friend who either : learned your password directly from you, got to know you well enough that they can guess your password, looked over your shoulder at school/work and memorized your log-in or pulled a nifty little trick through one of the instant messenger systems ... LOL! accept this file/image/link .... you've just been keylogged other "hackers" are simply scammers who tricked you into thinking they were a GM(in one way or another) and weasled your account info. from you
