I especially like the frame and the use of the text + lines, the heart is nice and fits very well. These are just my opions to explain why i vote for blueberrys, dont hate me guys other people will have other opinions ^^ ( my sig suxx anyways) no1i - a bit to simple for my taste, nothing special MAC- funny but i dont have the feeling that its a sig, its a bit too naked Ethereal-effects are nice but I really hate the fonts (all) they dont fit at all, and i dont like the Game Over at the end (dont know why) katary - in my opinion the animations are kinda too fast, its too naked (not as much as MAC's tho'), the font looks cut off because its at the bottom

I kind of liked Feitan's but it's too hard to look straight at for too long .. everything starts to blend together and my eyes start to cross no1i's ... as plain as it is, it honestly looks Game Manual worthy or might have even made it as magazine art Was this a sprite SOTW or a .gif SOTW? (yea, yea .. they're the ''same'' thing .. we can argue about that later) I think the .gifs failed although I'm sure you worked hard on them. The best part of MAC's was when it cut to black and said 'MAC' and dissapeared. This is the first time I haven't fallen in love with Ami's work. I think the character should be doing that labored breathing thing that we do after we get hit and maybe the CHARGING... , well maybe the dots could be animated . .. ... .... ..... while charging. Mainly I think the sprite should have more than 3 movements. Kataray's was cute and sweet but too many frames per second and the cherry tree makes me want to random PK ... and were the words cut off on the edges on purpose?

Feintan sory but is too saturated and can not understand the content, is seen as spots, good management of the font as I like to resolve the difference of font family no1: too simple, a sprite, a black background, and font ... needs more work (I like it, but needs more work needed to integrate with the background render ( or sprite in this case )) Ami: good design, but have problems with the frames (time and motion) when you should make a gif preview in real time in a browser there really time for each frame Kat: simple but effective, like me, you also have problems with time frames, but this is solved;) ;) MAC

I like the texture done on Ryu. Edit : Wait. What the... I vote for Jerry. Why? Because the cat's face is convincing. Fits the curiosity theme.I kinda like it because the cat looks very cute. XD!

Episcopal Posted March 10, 2009 Report Posted March 10, 2009 I like kataray's work. She has a nice concept of the cycle, which I really liked and the incorporation of love in it improved it a lot. Adding borders would have helped more, but I like it. I'm torn because of Blueberry's work though. Her work has, for me anyway, the most "sprites". I also like her concept as I once slapped myself everyday of using a butt ugly ghost until a very generous cousin of mine quit and gave me a very special aura. Her, oh wait, His sig made me remember what I've been through. So.... I'll go with both of them. If I cannot cast a vote for the both of them, then you can consider this post as a null vote.

My real vote goes towards Blueberry because he did a different take on a sprite signature - swaying away from the "funny" (which is very VERY subjective) animations or the traditional smudge/C4D sprite signatures. His signature is clean and it's message is something everyone can relate to. Very well done. AND LOL EPISCOPAL @ BLUEBERRY AS A HER. LOL. ILU.

Opinions: No1i: I like how you used Street Fighter in it and made everything work out, by making him stand out. Mac: It was awesome how get died then the big "FAIL" came down, made me laugh a little. XD Ethereal: Nice, built up suspense on what move she'd do. Kataray: Cool, about the fact that you showed a nice spot for a romantic things. Very nice signitures guys :D Just I like blueberry's most since I love this server :3.
