Its weird and futurtive, but without uber big Mechs, cuz those are lame it doesnt really make lots of sense until you get about halfway through the series then things come together. Thats what i love about this anime tho, its not the same rinse/repeat ecchi crap like Love Hina and all its clones (tho i like some of those animes lol) Its about a world that is tightly controlled by the government, then a monster appears and messes things up, which the government knows what is, but wont tell you. (naturally) then the granddaughter (i think) of the head of the gov't questions things and stuff happens... lol i dont want to give stuff away, but if you like animes that make you think, like Serial Experiments Lain then you should check this out, if you havent already =)
