Devotion Posted February 15, 2009 Report Posted February 15, 2009 I dislike both .__. It looks like you use an effect to color these in...if you really want beautiful color in your sprites, doing it by hand is a phenomenal way to go.

I made the Valk like that because since this was the Golden Valkyrie Helmet- it had to be different from the others. So I decided to make the feathers a slightish gray with a hint of yellow, and the main part kind of golden. ( Didn't want to overpower it with a major hue/saturation. )

I like how Emi's has a more dynamic color pallete with two colors instead of just yellow...and more yellow. I never really got into the purple valk helm because of that...too blah.
