They make it so you never miss with any attack. <3 Seeing as this is probably one of the better ways to solo valk too. Somehow, most people disbelieve me that I solo it in 10 mins or less w/o dying. Because it'll give you like +5000 no miss atk power. xD I did it to stop annoying classes in dice. It says somewhere on Zeit's guide. I forget where though. No access and all.
