Legend of Zelda : Majora's Mask

So yeah, I just finished fixing my emulator for this game. Damn it brings back memories for how good it was, well done with a crazy story line.

Release Date: 10.2000

System: Nintendo 64

Thrown into a parallel world by the mischievous actions of a possessed Skull Kid, Link finds a land in grave danger. The dark power of a relic called Majora's Mask has wreaked havoc on the citizens of Termina, but their most urgent problem is a suicidal moon crashing toward the world. Link has only 72 hours to find a way to stop its descent.

So basically with the aid of various masks, 4 that completely alter link's image, you have to stop the moon from crashing down while solving the story behind the Majora's Mask. You go through swamps to snowy fields, to barren deserts and an aquatic home of the Zoras in order to discover what the mask has done.

Anyone played it?

Old game, but still enjoyable to today.

Sometimes when I play Twilight Princess I get the urge to go back and play the old classics :P

LOL. That was kinda my reaction when I got my N64. I was like 8.

Negative.

But I think we were almost all once like that in our younger ages.

I just got to Termina Fields, yes.

I enjoyed my N64 back in the days but I never recall going apeshit about it. Also, I always found the goron mask so... disturbing...

I probably liked this Legend of Zelda the best. Collecting some of the masks was a pain though xD. The final mask... the something-deity, I think, was hax. The thing that I remember most was protecting the cows from the aliens because that scared the crap out of me when I was a kid xD.

Oh yeah, protecting the cows enabled you to retrieve Epona too, back then that shit was CREEPY since they came out exactly at a point of time.

Ocarina of Time is sexy, but not what the thread is about SORRY. But you make Zelda games look sexy LOL.

I just started playing this on my N64 on downtime between classes last week.

LOL?

I've got half the masks already. )=

Awesome game. Love it.

I just finished getting to the swamp and saving Kuome I think.

Which means you're about to enter the Woodfall Temple after the monkeys lead you to sneaking into the Deku palace. :D

Yeah, I'm a Zelda addict so I probably remember every main story point of this game, and others.

Hardest mask to get = Couples Mask. Takes you from dawn of the first day all the way to night of the final day. Pretty cool sidequest though. <3

Actually, the Fierce Deity Mask is the hardest to get, since you basically have to beat the entire game to achieve it. ;[

@Kuoch: My signature speaks the truth!

Just got my gilded sword last night. <3

Fucking goron race.

Try playing that with an Emulator x_x.

Majora's Mask is really good though, you meet many stories over and over, but each person you help and learn more of each situation. They how ever did use the same characters over and naming some different. It doesn't take away from the fun of the game. You have limited time to do everything so it is a challange. A very good classic.
