How to file a Ticket 1. From the ForsakenRO Forums homepage, click the "Support" tab on the upper right-hand side of the page. 2. Click on "New Request". You can also see here your existing Tickets (if any).* 3. Fill in the "Title"** blank on the New Request window. 4. Next is to select the Department* whichever your case is suited in. Departments: Hacked/Scammed Case Verbal Abuse Broadcast Abuse Ban Appeals Questionable GM Activity Password Recovery Bug Report Guild Package request PHP Report (RMT or Real Money Trade) PVP Ladder Report 3rd Party Usage Report 5. Provide as many information as you can on your ticket on the text box below to help us resolve your ticket in the shortest time possible.*** 6. Click the "Save" button to submit your ticket. We will then be reviewing your ticket and update you as soon as possible once we have made a decision or have found information about your specific case. All we need from you guys then is patience.
