    have 6k sp and then insta cast (150 dex) then get 290-300 str for a multiple of 10 with the bonus (ex: 291+19). those are basics and as for gear i would suggest 2 or 3 kiels, for spaming and you will need lots of yggs. im new to champ but that is kinda universal knowleg\de that i have picked up.
