IMO, seems like a compatibility problem. 1) Goto the folder where you installed fRO and find Fkenro 2) Right click on it and press properties. 3) Goto the compatibility tab. 4) Check the "Run this in compatibility mode for:" box. 5) Select Windows XP. Try that.
