My specific character only. I reset him through the CP but I still wanna fix this somehow.

Hey! I just started Forsaken RO today. I was killing stuff in Payon Dungeon and then decided to leave. As soon as I left the Payon Dungeon to the Payon Dungeon entrance area, I crashed. Everytime I login I crash instantly now. I decided to see if this was a problem specifically with that Payon Dungeon entrance map, so I created a PayonTest character, teleported to Payon, and went around the other way. When that character entered the Payon Entrance map, I got an infinite load screen. Same thing occurs everytime I login to that character now too. In short, I got no idea what's going on and I installed this using the all-in-one installer and launched through the Forsaken RO patcher. The crash log makes it look like maybe there's a cherry tree model missing? I had my brother try the same experiment (he had also downloaded and installed with the all-in-one) and he also crashed and is stuck crashing. Crash log below: Ragnarok has been crashed!
