    I was having the same problem, and the fix wasn't helping. I ended up solving it for me by changing the compatibility to windows 8 (which I'm running), then going into setup and changing the display size (second drop-down tag. Should be blank). I would suggest trying another compatibility and see if that works. Hope this helps!
