    Hi There, Its very frustrating to see that a WIZ cannot attack with Storm Gust, Jupitel or other PvP skills without a delay. This makes a Wizard poor in PvP. LKs, Snipers, Assassin, Champion are just unbeatable with comparable Gears. I thought this Server would have balanced Jobs, but apparently hasn't done the balancing for PvP it seems :(
