    [Solved] Sign Quest

    im stuck at part 3 of the sign quest. i can't move to the next part coz i need to talk to npc(valkyrie sandra) which i think has been removed for some reason. for god sake how can i finish the quest if i can't locate that npc :( btw, map location is at himinn and the said npc was replaced by friggs. was it placed on a different map?
