    For some reason ASPD and 3 silver kiels (yes I know, silver) doesn't make a difference when spamming Ninja skills. Is this normal? o.o

I need to know before I start farming like crazy :p EDIT: I'm so lost in this server hehe. Where do I find the silver MVP NPC to do the quest?
