I have the same problem, check my thread 'Installation Problem!' for my situation.

I've installed the all in one client thing but when i open the patcher and play, this shows up. (a 2 x 4cm window) https://imgur.com/9quZFFp i opened up opensetup.exe and setup.exe and fixed the resolution but the result are still the same. I tried to change compatibility of both fkenro.exe, opensetup.exe and setup.exe but it still did not work. Also, I opened up the opensetup.exe log and it showed this error.
