No, based from my real 1 year playing experience of playing here in ForsakenRO, I could say that the majority of players here are Americans, and most of them speak legit English (not 1337speak and chatspeak). The number of Filipino players (including myself) here are not as many compared to other servers. You could say ForsakenRO has a good balance of every racial class. And yes, we do accept (and secretly secks) newbies. Just ask around and you won't be ignored. But of course, that depends on how you make an impression.

The cookie hat had +50 stats only for the Christmas Season. Got nuked and got replaced by the NYH. But meh, enough about that. I like my Sun/Moon, but it irritates me that I have to own 4 pieces of kiels just to have a full set. 2 for the helm, 1 for the Sun and 1 for the Moon. I hate to decard since it is a waste of money and time. If I had an F. Soldier and a Rucksack, I'd be saving a skill slot and an F. Helm. Sun/Moon is convenient, but not so much. If the Sun/Moon had an auto Maya P effect, then I'd be happier. The Maya P card is worth 1 coupon anyway and cheap like GR.
