i will say bg is plain not good , only the sprite is looking good .

I guess i will give a few criticize on it. Text : Try not to use Belevel and Embross too much sometime's they look kinda gay, Text is a lil too big maybe need to find one which fit's the style. Render : Maybe you can add some effect's on the sword so it won't look really bored. try blend the render abit. Background : if im not wrong it's just brushes, try use smudge or some filters it might look much more cooler.\ I will rate this 4/10 if i need to rate :P
