i'm having the same issue but i'm on windows 8 and for some reason it automatically goes into setup as administrator...not none administrator

i've read through what some people have suggested to in order to load the client (changing the game screen size, changing it normally and as administrator etc) but nothing works. i dont know why but whenever i load the setup my computer automatically loads it as administrator and i dont know why or how to stop it (im on windows 8 if that helps). all it does when it does partially load is it goes white, then a black border with a white section in the middle then it closes. i've tried every resolution size and it still doesn't work. can anyone help me?
