Hmm with sinx how can i gap close so that I can get close to the target and hit them? So EDP is all that's needed for emp, pvp and pve,is there any buffs skills I can use on sinx?

Hello I have two questions regarding 2 different topics: First one is that I've been doing the legendary weapon quest and I'm currently stuck at the thief part for hours, after he tells me that he's scattered the items midgurd does that mean I can start farming for the lost items? Second question is that I currently have a high wizard and will probably make a champion or an assassin in the future, do they both require 4 kiel cards for maximum spam? While we are at it, do most classes require 4 kiel cards because I was planning on donating for 4 kiel cards today. On a side note, which donation item from the tokenshop do you think is the most beneficial for a new player to get?

Hello so I have 150 dex and 195 agi, how come I'm not able to spam my skills, for example when i use storm gust I always have to wait around 2 seconds before casting the another storm gust or spell, but when i see others play high wizard they can nonstop spam their skills. Is there something I'm doing wrong?
