    additional for this that Not only Lk Can Spam Skill Fast Champ Can Spam Asura very fast why they not get delay modified??there are too many cheater using champ and sniper too..be fair to other player using lk..thanks

    Why you need to change it??because of other player they use Lk for Cheating?how about other player not using cheats and they use LK its unfair for them..rather you change it i think its better to improve the game like other games do..like putting protection or detecting cheats or other programs that will automatic close the game if they got detected.. i hope it will change it back.thanks.
