If in fact all updates are downloaded but when put to start, I get the error .. Try to open it with Fkenro exe and I get the same error

It is the same problem that I have, I get the same error Have under this or not? -
try with my laptop, and if I run .. but copy the folder and paste my laptop to my desktop and here I will have no .. why? I think it is the anti virus .. but not how to disable it does not appear in the taskbar, someone tell me how?
