    that's the problem, I can't put any points anywhere because I'm unable to reset my stats due to being "overweight"

    I ran into an issue while playing today and was unable to instant cast on one of my characters, I attempted a stat reset to see if reallocation of stat points would solve the issue and was told I was overweight and to put heavy items in storage, however my carry weight is only 600. any suggestions ?
