    Hi everyone! I'm new to this server, I just joined yesterday. Just a concern, I'm currently playing a HW character and for some reason I can't spam my SG, bolts, or any skill as fast as hitting a mob at 195 ASPD. I have to wait for about 7 seconds to use another skill. And no, it's not my ping or internet connection because I'm able to spam my Paladin's Holy Cross just about as quick as 195 ASPD. Is it different in this server than others? Other private servers I played in, I was able to spam pretty quickly. Thanks! I appreciate the help! :)
