    I did all of those things and it didn't work. I'm not sure why it isn't working. I haven't had this problem before and it works fine on my sisters computer..

    I downloaded the game and whenever I try to open it, it doesn't open and just completely exits itself out. I already tried following the instructions in the troubleshoot guide, but it didn't help me either. But before I downloaded the game it said I didn't have enough disk clean space needed, but I do, so I was wondering if maybe that's my issue? Either way I've done all I can to try and play the game. Can someone help me?
