thank you very much, this has solved my issue. i just put it in compat mode and i could then change resolution seems that is the problem for all people who use windows 8 look forward to seeing u in game. =)

So the other night i downloaded the full client, installed to my folders then tried to run.. wouldnt work in full screan i then went derp... im running windows 8 so i turned full screan off as that fks up on fullscrean so i turn that off and it open'ed it up.. it was a screan about 1cm by 5 cm long screan, i was i need to change my setup again so i can change resolution. but then i noticed it doesnt have any resolutions listed in it. so now im wondering if i have done something wrong or i have over looked something. if any one can shed some light or need me to clarify some more please post.
