you didnt understand. cornering a ninja is imposible. champ cant just count on Tss. it should be 1 hitted by asura, but before that.we need to reduce snap > asura skill delay first.

how about to reduce skill delay of using asura strike after snap skill? because like for example, duel with ninja's. they spam throw kunai and its hard to go near them , and need to use snap. after you reach the ninja, you have to use normal attack to remove the annoying shell IDK the skill LOL. and if ever you succeed to remove that buffs, all i have to do is to asura right ? but it has VERY High Delay. i cant asura in 2 or 3 sec after using snap. dont tell me that champ is no match against ninja Y_Y thats sad. item : 3 kiel's / 195 Attckspeed thanks for those who replied. please lets talk about this.

you dont get what i mean, we're just asking for removing the delay, to be FAIR and Enjoy Playing Champ. i guess you're a Sniper type player BORING. Right ? tell me, or if you play champ, are you enjoying or contented to your asura speed? while other player can asura fast? because of low ping. anyways which side are you on ? -1 or +1 ?

i've seen champ who can spam asura in just a blink of an eye. you know why ? because they HAVE LOW "PING". listen.. if the skill delay is removed. all champ is balance to each other. the only diff is. equips.

for those who replied -1 (including ping) let me tell you.. this is international server? if this is international server, be fair to everyone, how about asian country like shinju? and me ofcourse. i think reducing delay on zen,fury,zen is fair for all of us. what you think ? if this suggestion ignored, maybe you should banned asian country to play this server.
