I've been having issues with resolution as well. And I tried the admin and regular for the setup. Then RO wouldn't even open. I uninstalled, deleted the folder, dled the whole thing all over again, installed and patched, tried the same thing. Didn't work. Replaced the setup.exe. Didn't work.
