Yeah i had alot of good items back in the days because I MVP'd alot with my friend and we built quite a large stash of rare items and they just all disappeared. Even if i file a ticket I don't have screenshots of me wearing the items because it was 2 years ago...

My Break was 2 years, and no i did not entrust my account to someone else

I took a break from the game and when i logged back in, all my characters name turned to "null" and most of my items disappeared from my account, some characters even stripped completely naked of good items that a long time to get. How can i recover these items?
