    Nope. Crystal blues are actually droppped by a variety of monsters. http://ratemyserver.net/index.php?iname=cr...ch&itype=-1 Theres the list :thumbsup_still: Or you could use @whodrops crystal blue in game and it'll come up with a list of monsters who drop it and @ what percentage.
