yah i agree with you, but the thing is the low percentage of drop rate of garm card, makes it impossible for all who want to complete the elite quest. Giving the people who has the garm card more advantage. Some of then abuse the price which makes it harder to buy..

Maybe you are seeing it on a bad way. juts analyze, if there is garm card in donation npc, it would be easier to have it than to mvp garm. there is no guarantee that you'll get a card after killing garm, right?? and the fact that many people are hunting it, there is a big competition among the community. After the garm event, i would say that it is not enough, because still the demand of others for garm card is still getting higher as days passess. Even i, im trading my str belt for 2 garm card and still no one sells it. sorry if i may sound so rude but im just explaining my side. hope you'll understand....

To all who wants a garm card in donation npc. please leave your name here and a message that you agree. Ive done this beacause we are experiencing a higher demand for garm cards but still a low drop rate. Lets say this is like a signature campaign for an action to be done. lol hope everyone agrees with me... im am doing this not for my sake only but for the sake of the community as well. i know that it will make the elite quest much easier, there will be no more thrill if this will be done, but hey, its just this item to be put on npc and lets say that in npc it cost 25 coupons, it is still hard for others t have them. so please leave a message here if its a yes or a no! voting starts now! lol
