    try setting its compatibility to sp3? (see image below) and run it as administrator

    If /effect doesn't help you, I'm sorry if this would sound harsh but are you running RO on an ancient computer or something? If not, maybe update your video card, or you might be running too much programs that causes your RO to experience lag. Or, set Forsake RO's priority to high, or try to mess up with your Ragnarok Setup like this

    It does help in spam, tho you probably only need one iirc, and get max aspd for better spam.

    Whoa, this is pretty much impossible to be implemented, because most likely the parameters of the skills are only set to one song per skll. But then again you could probably just rename the .mp3 file to the song you like, tho its just for one :p
