It is wonderful that you are integrating new quests and custom content in game but I think it is time to embrace the renewal patch to get the content updates because without it we are severely limited. One in particular is the battlegrounds, it provides an excellent means allowing players to pit their skills against each other in matches such as Deathmatchs and Capture the Flag. Also, I think that changing the Vote Npc into more of a shop system where you can browse and look at each individual item would be great.

Right now the economy is dominated by donation coupons as a main source of sales and buying means. The problem right now is that there is not many lucrative means to attract players to start earning zeny. Zeny unlike donation coupons is much easier for new players to get into giving them means to stand in the better ground in terms of gearing up with more access to the currency of the economy. My suggestion would be to add more zeny using npcs that is alluring enough for new players to put their money in it. From other servers I've seen casinos with a limited edition headgear roulette and other assortments. Specially customised blacksmiths that adds a random rune to your items etc. This would also stimulate the use of donation coupons as well as an easy means of cashing in with other players for zeny. There must be accounted for as well a reason for donation coupons or donations and tradeoffs of coupons would be impossible
