I reset my position and look and now i can get on my characters but all of their names are still "null" and i am missing quite a few items like upgraded weapons and cards.... and im new at this so i cant figure out how to send you a screen shot showing my characters names as null lol

I can log in to the control panel, my user name is anjelic all of my characters are there with guild names ect. however the character names appear as null. When I go to log into the server I get to the character selection screen then I get that gravity ™ error handler message. Can you please fix this so that I may continue playing with my account. I have been gone awhile due to illness but was really looking forward to continuing to build my characters =( please help me
