Which do you prefer for a sniper to use kobold hat? or the Phreeoni hat? phreeoni here give's + 20 Dex hat but still is it okay to use the phree hat? and all of you know that sniper needs dex ayt?

Phreeoni hat is really only good for bow stalkers. Other dex based chars (Clowns/Snipers) already have improve concentration and the dex bonus isn't worth being freezable and only having 1 slot.

Definitely a Kobold Hat, its hax on a Sniper/Clown/Stalker. If you don't wear a scarf, others would take advantage of that and tries to freeze you. I think Phree is ugleh and would rather use other hats like Kax has stated a Snowcap is better.
