Well its been a while since i posted here and i thought id do it with a bang, anyways this is a collab with a mate of mine called smurf , its a pure smudging tag with depth and effects added CnC pl0x?

One thing its a good start for the smudge but try to smudge the whole background image and create depth, i.e some layers add them onto colour burn and such ill upload a psd of a smudge tag i did a while back and you can use it as a LRO if you wish

I got bored of looking at the monotone ryuk sig of yours so i made a smudge one its up to you if you want to use it or not

Look it may seem like its but when i say tips i mean it, no one can teach photo shop , i could type out everything for you to make a sig but in the long run its you who makes all the moves, smudging is flow and a background using this in a combination with your tags can make the image seem better, effects are good but having a stock bg image that matches the render can make it a whole lot better because you have a feel for what direction our going in, yea i may be a douche but i dont mean it.

Mine simply i chose comic books, but i used a hell boy render because the onlyone i could find on my pc :) Ps this tag was mostly smudged added in a stock bg which i uploaded as for the render rather not share since i dont have rights to :O bg Well growing up with out a mother and living with my brother, there wasnt much we could do, so we used to read comic books in our spare time, draw them and imagine that we were in them .

Its not been a douche, just because smudging is in beginner tuts means you cant create something good with just a brush? im trying to help if you think im been a douche then you have alot to learn. For example look at my current sig 2nd one, thats all smuding, is that a beginners tut no? Having one style maybe good but you shouldnt get used to learning one style , always adapt and changing this up that way when you do get a hard request you can do stuff out side the box.

Pro tip. Try using smudging instead of just using random effects to making backgrounds or use stocks.

Just a suggestion google tutorials and go on a huge resourcing spree, in the graphics world resourcing is everything it all depends on the brushes, effects, vectors, images and filters you have if you need some links just pm me ill be happy to give you a few sites.
