You need Int to force people to put on GTb once they put it on you smack em with FS. You have to use tactics with ninja at the moment because you have to kill them on the first hit if you don't your screwed. And sacrificing ONE Vit belt plays a big role in your final FS damage. You don't want to lower your FS damage its hard enough killing with it as it is. When you FS a player they immediately ygg and start pushing you back because of cicada also if you have someone doing damage on you you cant use FS because you coma yourself and die in 1 hit.

DUDE I'm full Final Strike build FULL HP BUILD I have everything you can have to gain HP except ROP for a skill that comas you every time you use it it freaking sucks. Also you can't use a Hiding card to jump around because it takes a vit belt off and makes you even weaker. Don't try to go around the fact that this skill acts in the same way as an asura only that it takes all your hp instead. which is far mor dangerous than your sp being takes! Your giving yourself coma every time you do it. Therefor this skill's damage should be > Asura as long as you have an incant. Here is my Full build so you can judge by yourself. Gears: Forsaken King Helm: Kiel Fallen Ghost: All Stats + 20, Maya P Peco Peco Wings: (Max HP + 10%) Forsaken Kings Armor: Tao x2 (Max Hp +60%) Main Gauche+10: Incant,Turtle Gen,Skell Worker x2 Valkyrie Shield: GTB Forsaken Kings Cloak: Skoll x2 (Max HP+ 16) Forsaken Kings Shoes: FBH x2 (+100% damage) Donation Vit Belt: Vit +40 Donation Vit Belt: Vit +40 Stats: Str: 77 + 21 Agi: 1 + 58 Vit: 270 + 121 Int: 190 + 45 Dex: 104 + 46 Luk: 2 + 44 Max HP: 260345 Max SP: 664 My Max Damage was 500k on a Not Resistant Person Full Resist Dmg: (Full Gears) 30K - 50K Semi Resist:(No Usakoring Shield) 70K - 100K That is my stats on my char. I cant really get to much better than what i am now except by getting RoP and Fking Shield and Elite Dagger.

Its not about survivability I want the Hp to be increased because of Final Strike that skill should be on equal ground to Asura most likely even than Asura. If the Hp cannot be increased then increase the damage it does with the current HP it will need to be Amped at least 3 times what it is now. Like i said every time i use Final Strike i basically coma myself its not like Asura that u can take hits i cant even take 1 hit no matter how small. This skill due to the risks of using it in active PvP should be = to or greater than Asura and at the moment the most i do on geared normal players is 50k and I'm FULL VIT/HP Build! That means in order for me to use this skill now i have to take up all my resistive card slots like garment and Amor to put Tao and Skoll and it really is no use at the moment doe to the low damage it does. I request at least a 3 times amplification boost of its damage. Because i do a FS on someone and do 30k my lowest damage and a champ did 170 with his Asura he was full Asura and I'm full FS. My skill is harder to use as well as more complicated to fight with. I have to keep cicada up which freezes u when u use it making u a siting duck I have to do shadow I have to do soul I have to keep dragon fire formation around me to stop nearby assassins and if the enemy does not have GTB it means he has resist so i have to hit him with Ice Spear while keeping my defenses up and hope i don't get cornered. Then IF he changed to GTB i can SF him for 100k which he survives and Yggs it off and i can never kill them I'm to busy setting up defense and running away. Not to mention if i get hit from some ranged Attack i have to be ready to use reverse tatami. The entire fight is me basically guarding myself from attacks because once i take the time to do Final Strike if i don't kill him I'm dead. Thats why its called Final Strike so the damage output has to be a bit greater than Asura. and all that is just to fight 1 person if its more than 1 forget it... A major problem is cicada's freeze time. On top of it all My low health and my inability to block magics with skills leaves me at a 1hit Bolt K.O. Thus i have to use GTB and lose 35% resist. In the end you spend so much time trying to survive you don't even get to attack back because if you do you know he will kill you because you only have 1hp after. So yes if the HP cannot be increased then Increase the damage of the skill because what good is surviving when you cant kill anything.

First of all. there is 1 item that can cure all status ailments its called panacea its like the Ygg of status ailments. That item would become way more valuable imagine a new ticket right there. Second making space for the panacea balanced pvp more all classes will have to make more room for panacea. Third all classes will have to modify their builds to incorporate status ailments. Third GTB does not block status ailments giving wizards and profs a bit more things to do in PvP. Wizard's Stave Crasher can induce status ailments. Players will have to sacrifice cards in their builds for status resistance opening up weakness in their build making PvP more balanced.

Yes but I feel this would be a good way for players to lose voting qpons. Thus increasing the need to vote. If you don't want to use it don't. But when you do you end up losing. And what you lose you vote to get back.

who said anything about not voting you must continue voting if all you did was return items without voting when your only getting 25% of its worth back you would lose all your qpons preaty fast.

Its not free your not thinking. Every time you refund your losing voting tix. if the machine gives you 25% back you lose 75% refund enough times and you will lose all your voting qpons.

First for all of you spewing dispel like its a magical cure for everything Gtb blocks it! you can gtb all the way to the emp. When you use GTb with it its pretty unfair.

ninjas have such a small amount of hp i was very surprised when i saw it. I had on 2 taos(30% ea) 2 skolls(8%ea) 2 vit belts 1 peco peco wings (10%) and 300 + 120 vit and i only had 270k hp max. I was like is this for real?..... I think ninjas should either join the gunslingers or stalkers on Tao Gunkas effect. With that much HP gear i should have about 400k hp. on my stalker with that same gear i get 570k hp.... Also Ninjas need Hp to use their Final Strike Skill. And its annoying to coma yourself for an attack that does 20- 40k hp on a geared person.

It does damage at the moment according to your VIT not your def. that means that the more hp i try to put the more damage i take by acid bottle. That is kinda retarded hey the more hp u have the faster you die. At least with the way Thana works yea you put VIT and try to get hp and you get a lot of def but it can be resisted with Tao and Skoll. at the moment the only option would be to not put more than 100 Vit but that is so bad when your trying to make decent sac's so i think it should be changed to Thanas format of damage.

Yes sir sorrow hit it right on the nail again. Magic classes have debuffs and attack skills. 1 card disabling both is very OP

Yes Let all buffs and debuffs work with GTb all it will be good for is stopping magic damage. Which is what it does now to the exception of spells like quagmire, dispel, decrease agi, Lex Divina, this would help priests tremendously in pvp as well. @sorrow good idea that card would increase sales of shields and increase donations as well. it would be a nice addition to the servers economy.

Im not saying no to tactics. Tactics are necessary. But i so feel a damage boost to go along with them is only fair seeing as DS is a skill learned as an archer it is not fit as it is not to be used as a main skill. All the classes main skills are way higher damage than this skill. This skill is in fact THE WEAKEST Main skill in the server Bash is stronger than DS Also your forgetting 1 more character that would benefit from a DS damage boost. Stalker at least they would be able to use DS as well. Snipers have the weakest main offensive skill in the server. They cannot use a shield. They do not have buffs such as Maximum Over Thrust or EDP (Attention Concentrate doesn't even double your attack like Maximum Over thrust) They have a low HP modifier Pneuma is like GTB for archers. Magic attacks 1hit ko them. And also it is very hypocritical to try to be pushing tactics on a offensive and defensive impaired class when the main classes in the server are huge "Damage Mongrels" go push tactics on champs and Sinx in exchange for their offensive abilities... bet you wouldn't like that.... Those all combine to make snipers the weakest class in the server. Seriously they are a match for no one. A Super-Novice can wipe the floor with a sniper due to pneuma and magic skills.

I have played with every class there is to play with. I have been playing this server for about 4 years I think i have mained pretty much all the classes this is my second forum account btw i forgot the login info on my first.

Btw dispel is supposed to be very very very very annoying it's one of the Prof's most awesome skills. GTB already blocks all magic attacks isn't that enough i mean dispel does no damage. It is just an ability to help profs disable other classes. I think all non offensive magic skills should be able to work with GTB on/ Let GTB give you 100% mdef instead of imunity to all magic skills. That way debuffs like quagmire, decrease agi, dispel and such will work.

No i disagree with the 50% chance and i believe any arrow should be used to push people out of pneuma why must it be just ghost? Why put more limits on an already tied down class?

@sorrow I agree with you 100% I think your one of the few people who truly understands the game mechanics and how utterly weak snipers are. It's like this server has stripped them of every advantage they once had that made them good. And yes charge arrow and arrow repel should pierce pneuma or else snipers would have no way to push them out of pneuma

Champions and Sinx rule pvp at the moment. I seen a champ that killed me with 250k hp elite shield with Usakoring Ghostring and 2 raydric cards he just killed me in 1 aaura he must have had Thana or something. And Sinx? well what can i say 2daggers and 8 card slots + edp? not much to complain about there.....

Yea i understand the amounts of scripting and the load on DB this would put but i just thought the concept of this npc was very valid. Hmm i may very well have to post the request to more experienced scripters at eathena forums. But if that is the case the script will not be exclusive to Fro.

In the issue with the money I was thinking like a debt system? Where the longer you wait to pay the player back you will suffer permanent debuffs like -25% HP, -30 all stats, adding more as more time passes on forcing you to pay the player back whether you want to or not. The NPC would record your account ID to make sure your entire account gets screwed if your a scammer. And lets say you make a new account to scam again cus your old account is screwed if you don't log into your account in a matter of lets say a week after SSyou have suffered all the status ailments. It would permanently IP ban you as a scammer. But if lets say you are trying to pay the person back but you have run out of time the loaner has the ability to grant you more time by clicking request time extension then add some more hours to the players deadline. Also the player would have a list of people he gave money to and a list of people he owes money to. when you wish to pay the player back you pay him through the npc which deducts the zeny from the amount own when it reaches 0 you are free from the debt and removed from the list. The loaner then gets his money back from the NPC who keeps track of all the players debts/loans. And you can't vote no because of bugs lol since all new NPC's need testing to eliminate bugs. That is just a given when making a new npc.

Alright well this is an idea i got from looking at the new Renter NPC in @go 25 The NPC is a Item Loaning System that will finally allow players to lend their gear to friends and never get scammed as well as being able to loan Zeny to players and give them a deadline on when they have to pay you back Item Loaning: The Gist of it will be that you tell the NPC the name of the character you want to loan an item to. The ID of the item you wish to lend.(NPC checks if cards are on it and ask you to take em off.) And the amount of time you want to lend the player that item Hours:Min once you finish the NPC will check if you have that item if so it will delete it from you and give it to the other player. Then the timer will kick in and start counting down. when the timer finishes counting down it will delete the item from the player you lent it to and then recreate it in your account. Some things will have to be looked into like when the other player gets the item he can trade it to another player when the timer runs out there will be no item to delete but the original owner will get a new gear so players could dupe items like that. Those are bugs that will need to be looked into. This is a new NPC that to my knowledge no one has attempted to create before. The advantages of an NPC like this would be enormous. 1: Players could safely loan gear to Guildies before WoE and get them back after with no fear of getting scammed. 2: It would bring a new industry to the server of loaning players gears for certain amounts of time for Zeny/DQ and always getting your gear back. 3: You could lend gears to each other back and forth with no worries. Stops Scammers in their tracks First i would like to know if the servers scripters would like to take on this type of project and also what the community thinks of this type of NPC as an addition to Fro. Loaning Zeny Still thinking about it....
