I did that.... but money is also a factor, im not rich.... I live off of Centrelink (Australian dole/benefits. I dont work>.>) But now it seems that my CPU and RAM are sharing the work load.....for now..... I just hope it stays that way..... if anything else goes wrong, im screwed. And im not refusing to beleive it could something else other than 7, I have checked and made sure of it. Everything from stock software to stock hardware is running fine, which only leaves the OS unless i have a hidden runtime or super virus thats causing this. It couldnt be the...uhh...."speacial" items im holding cos there offline and in lock down>.> Scratch that, my RAM just commited suicide on me V.V Imma have to get it checked by pro's.... will do as soon as i get the chance to go back to the CBD.

Nah, not yet....im not exactly in a position where i can just walk down to my local store and get onsite help.... The problem is that i cant play fRO while all this is happening and im having withdrawals. GOD DAMN IT!....you know, this is the first Laptop/PC that i have actualy bought brand new with my own cash..... every other Laptop/PC i have had was preowned and they were all ACER and NONE of them had these problems and they were on almost 24/7 this one is lucky to be on for more than 5 hours and now im lucky to get anymore than 2-3 hours use out of it before it freezes or lags (insanely). You just like makin me feel bad about buying an ACER arent ya>.>? Well it isnt going to work, ive never had a problem with ACER untill now and i wont change....also, i cant afford to change even if i wanted to T.T I wish i had mad 1337 tech skillz and could build a system from scratch with a custom made OS...... but im not that skilled....or at least, i have a mental block and i cant seem to recall if i have teh skillz or not.....damned repressed memories.

Hmm......more strain..... and it isnt ACER thats the problem, there actualy among the best Laptop brands>.> As ZerO25 sugested, the svchost seems to be doing over time..... Help on that please? Ive never had to actualy uhh...."prevent" a core file before. I used that program ZerO25 offered^^ And stop dissing ACER!! It's a good brand>.> And i got 7 when i bought the Laptop....hmm....i wonder if i can switch it to 32bit?....will check nao. @-R e i, wait.....only NAO you notice it? lol, lag much^^?

My CPU usage isnt the problem. It's the Mem/RAM thats the problem..... Ive got like 4 monitor programs running and they all seem to think something is being DL'd in excessive amounts.... But im not DLing anything and i dont have any virusi cos ive checked all that and ive done at least 5 full scans and 3 quick scans and all they pick up are cookies. So unless i have some kind of super virus or a corrupt core file my runtimes arent picking up im screwed>.< I will check my drivers again tho, and i will DL your processor explorer thingie just to be safe...... Oh, and thanks for the help peoples^^ Much appreciated.
