I've given it a lot of thought, and I've finally decided I'll be quitting RO for good. Yeah, no breaks this time, this is the real thing. Please don't ask for any items. I'll give it all away to the people I want, not anyone who asks. This way I won't have anything to come back to , therefore eliminating any interest and temptation to come back. It was a wonderful server and I've made more friends than I thought I ever would, and I'll say with a lot of sadness that I'll miss you all. There's a lot of problems in the ladder system right now and I hope the GMs can pull something together to create an actual legit pvp ladder without the uberly rich monopolizing it. This new 2 week rule; I'm not sure how it will turn out. I hope it will fix some of the many problems ladder currently has. As for the revising of the prizes, not to be a jerk or anything, but I think is unnecessary to add more because the way ladder is designed now is there will be longer periods of low action in the room so the amount of yggs you use will relatively be the same as it was before or possibly actually may even be less.

It was closed because people weren't mature enough to handle a serious topic and resorted to flame wars and accusations . If we show the better side of this community then yes I agree to unlocking the topic as long as the idiots don't screw it over for the rest of us.

Personally I love the Sinx class and when the valk weapons were released I thought it would give the class a good boost in its potential. But I was wrong. After only a few hours of playing both swords I realized these weapons not only aren't up to par but they also hinder a Sinx's true potential . Therefore I have always used F. Daggers since realizing this and will always consider them better than the swords unless they are changed. I find this a problem as the valk weapons are supposed to be better versions of their elite counterparts hence their status as donation items. I feel like if at least the Dex sword was made into a dagger-type (but still allow only 1 to be worn) it would surpass its elite counterpart. Double attack is just so valuable in an offensive Sinx build's arsenal. Edit: mentioning the crit sword, the whole idea of bringing to life the critical aspect of a Sinx is great, and the damage of such a build may be staggering at times. Personally I just don't dig crit builds. :p although I admit it is better than the Dex sword in some elements, to me overall it falls just short of being great; a Sinx is supposed to be one of the most versatile classes in the game and limiting it to a critical build without allowing the use of other strategies such as using Ice pick or switching to katar severely puts the crit sword in a bad place in my book.

Snipers use Arrow Repel and Ankle Snare on Champs that speed pot to close the distance; Stalkers can spam backslide and just go Chase Walk/Stealth w/e. I don't think it would be a "massive downside" But it would make things slightly more difficult for them and 10x more fun for champs . Haha. I would like the speed boost; It's better than adding stats, redux, or dmg %+ for champs, since they dont need any of that.

I think the knockback on the champ is useless. Any skilled champ would root immediately at close range or pneuma from ranged attacks anyway; Edit: They also can just Snap away or Raging Palm Strike. they already got it covered. If anything I'd say let it give champs a huge walking speed boost, more than the current wing speed boost (which is barely noticeable btw) and close but not quite as fast as a Speed Potion boost. I'd love that. ;D
