Well it was just an idea. It doesn't even have to be a Blazer Rucksack. It can be anything really. My main idea for the suggestion was for a rucksack that ADDs movement speed instead of reducing it. :)

I'm not saying it's a bad idea to do that, but to be honest, it would be obnoxious as hell considering people have already done the Friggs Quest and many other without having to do all the chain quests. It's similar to a suggestion about reducing the Vote Coin cost of the Scarfs. Too many people have already payed 60 Vote Tokens to buy the Scarf so it can't be reduced. Get it? :D

Well the only thing I can really think of other than a Mail Box would be as I said in the suggestion, the person would have to talk to said Auction NPC after someone has purchased their item(s) to receive the payment. In that case, there would have to be some additional editing of the Auction NPC though.

Enlarge Weight Limit is already being discussed about when it comes to adding it to Vali's Destroyer I believe cause most of the other classes that are STR based that don't need it are getting it anyways or something like that. The -10% After cast delay would be a good idea as well, so +1 EDIT: Also, might I suggest adding a Cast Time -100% on Vali's Destroyer so that we have access to the Tracking skill as well? As a Gunslinger, we only have 2 attacks that do any sort of damage, other than that we have Disarm which is pretty much useless against Snipers or anyone with FCP so with Tracking, being the equivalent of Focused Arrow Strike minus the piercing/being able to hit multiple enemies would spice up the battle field a little more. :)

An easy solution to this would be to have an NPC that will allow only the Guild members of the guild that has the hideout in and remove the ability to set your save point there. All the GM's would have to do each time a new guild get's the GH is change the guild permitted inside.

Definitely +1 for upping the party size. Ex. Max Guild members is 50, Minimum Party size should be 50 so that ALL of your guild members will be able to join the party. <3

I agree completely but as the other guy said, the Dex based sword isn't recommended and the 500% needs to go down to 400% other than that a way to make Back Stab a slightly spammable skill would be to edit the script and make it to where it doesn't turn the player around. (I believe that's part of the script at least and not require source editing) if that's possible then said stalker would be able to get 1-3 back stabs in before the person they're attacking turned around and started attacking them back. EDIT: If that is possible then the Backstab damage would have to go down just a tad bit more though.

The people that don't have guild buffs and kill newbies usually do it by accident cause they go around and use a skill on every person in For fild and the newbies die in 1 hit so the person that killed them usually say sorry and they laugh about it. Those WITH the guild buffs will KoS anyone who they kill in 1 hit and anyone that they can kill even with a little effort. It's ass holes like them that are keeping this server from being noob friendly for one and for two, keeping it from getting populated again. EDIT: Would anyone mind explaining to me all the buffs it does indeed give you?

I agree entirely. 3 of my friends that just joined recently ALREADY quit because of you guys randoming them. The GM's are trying to get the population back up, not lower it even more than it already is.

Do you realize just how much damage you're trying to take off of ninja by reducing not only Throw Kunai by a whole 200% damage, but also wanting to reduce all damage on Medium size monsters by 20%. you're looking at about half of the damage they do currently with Throw Kunai. I suggest if there is going to be any damage reduction on the Tyr's Shuriken it should be this.. Tyr's Shuriken now-Effect: Max HP + 15%, Vit Defense -10%, Increase Magic Attack damage by 20%, Increase all damage on Medium sized monsters by 50%, Increase damage with Throw Shuriken by 10000%, Increase damage withThrow Kunai by 400% changed-Effect: Max HP + 15%, Vit Defense -20%, Increase Magic Attack damage by 20%, Increase all damage on Medium sized monsters by 40%, Increase damage with Throw Shuriken by 10000%, Increase damage withThrow Kunai by 325% with only about 75% less damage from Throw Kunai and about 10% less damage to Medium sized monster's you'd be looking at about 12-13k or less damage rather than what i see usually which is 15-18k or more. This sounds more reasonable to me. Otherwise you're just going to make Throw Kunai completely useless again. EDIT: This is based on the damage i've taken from a single person on my Gunslinger

I'm not so sure about quests that require WoE drops. I've played in a SHR server with that before and the cost of those items were ridiculously high. It would be really hard for those without a good guild or good equips to have any attempt at the quests. If you're talking about the items such as "Emblem of the Sun God; Item ID# 7086" then if you could make them accessible in small quantities from either other quests or MvP drops, then it would be a better idea for those without a successful guild.
