vanberk card does indeed do half of what its supposed to...but the half that works i could care less about, the second part to the card is the chance to activate the +100 crit for 5 secs...and it doesn't happen. You get the white circle type bit telling you it activates, but the crit never gets put on, you get no bonus to it. Just wondering if this is a problem or something thats been tinkered with for whatever reason EDIT* ok its been tinkered with, its chance to add crit has been halved or more than normal as well as the animation for when its "supposed" to activate's timing is not in sync with when it actually activates.
