My opinion in Sniper build.

Being a lv 255 sniper isnt that hard, You'll need some skill .
By the way, this are non-elite builds
(since i cant go elite >.<, soo hard.)

Novice training ground.
Aw, come on. Just kill a poring.
then type @go 25
Job change, archer.
Lv30-50(around)
then type @warp pay_dun00
Use your novice pot.
Hunt Skeletons and Zombies.
Job change, Hunter.
Go to Skeletons and zombies until Joblv us (around)35
LV50-99
type @warp ra_fild01
Hunt Plants.
Dont kill Gallions or Gryphon.
If you want..
Lv 80-99
type @warp gl_knt
hunt raydrics, NOT ABYSMALL KNIGHT.

**Attached with marc, strong vs freezing spear and Strom Gust.
Water element wont work on you, and wont freeze you.
Head > Beret ? maybe. it gave protection for pvp.
(at small amount)
OR
Any slotted Headgear, then equiped with devilruci
Acc 1 > Vesper Core 4
**Best deal, you'll get bonus DEX and HIT.
Acc 2 > Vesper core 4, again..
Garments > Anything that has 1 slot, attached with raydric.
Its up to you.. use AURA if you have.

bring falcon.
Attached Composite bow[4] with 4 Abysmall knight card.
Use this to MVP.

Make sure your grup consist of high ATK-ers.
Like monk / creator, to damage it.
And Healer a.k.a High prist, to heal (and buffs)
And Mob cleaner a.k.a High wizard, clean mobs.
And your job, to make sure the mvp does'nt move.
(attack him manually, it wont move. for a limited time ?)
NOTE:
MVP usually have dozen of HP. So try to not get bored.
You'll need more people , maybe.
you can try to bring a whole guild with you 0_o
Champion is good.

I cant really help about this one.. Rival guild always change tactics.
And your basic tactics is..
stay distance with enemy
you see 'em, shoot em >.<

Before you fight, Use Wind Walk, Eagles eye, and improve consentration.
Wizard will (usually) cast strom gust, and Ninja will freezing
spear-ed you. You can resist this atk for a while. So start Killing.
Champs.. oww...
This one is dangerous. Stay to close, you'll get ashura-ed.
You'll stay to near, you'll get throw spirits. (hurt a bit)
Try to fast kill.
Sniper !
Its a battle royal. Who is fast, who will win.
High priest
Cant attack at all, only atk skill is holy light(that is not dangerous).
No mercy !! (but Has high HP)
Stalker
Tricky... you cant detect it. stay on guard. Use Dragon Aura if you have.
Watch out for FULL DIVESMENT,If it works: you're doom-ed.
Assassins
Watch out for critical type ! can be deadly.
Stay on guard, use Detect with falcon to clean your path. Or try using
horong card ? yeah. maybe.
Alchemist
One skill that he'll/ she will use : Acid Demonstration.
Dangerous. Stay far from Alchemist, use Falcon.
Master smith
Stay far, same you treat to Alchemist. One hit can kill you (can be..
i once got pwned>> 120k damage).
Professor
It can dispell you, (cancle you stat raiser, it will cancle your improve
consentration, Eagles eye, Wind walk.)Stay Far and try to snipe.
Gunslingers
Wacth out, it's the same with sniper.
