To sit type /sit or press the insert ( ins ) key located at the top right section of most keyboards, and to stand again type /stand or press ins again.

Type @go 25 or @warp fcity and walk north, you'll see some stairs and at either side of the stairs there is 'Job Changer' and 'Baby Job Changer'.
