bump? heeelp :( edit: never mind. i forgot to talk to victor with the certificate in my inventory, which makes all the difference. :P

thanks so much, but i get the same error message after i talk to him (talked to him, reset stats, talked to him again). i wonder if it's because i didn't talk to him AFTER i got the certificate but BEFORE i finished the elite equipment quest. so does this mean my 200 stats are gone for good? that's so tragic because this is my main account. (I HATE YOU VIIIICTOOOORR!!!)

since carrying all the items for the elite quest meant putting all my stats in str, i had to reset after the quest. on the forums it says that regaining your additional 200 stats after resetting means talking to victor again, so i headed back to the elite house, only to have him tell me: "welcome to the forsaken elite guild. your quest is not over! you must hunt for the forsaken elite sets to become truly great!" (and i didn't get the 200 stats back.) omg! wth?? i should clarify that i'm done with both parts of the quest--that is, the stats part AND the items part. le sigh. is this a bug, or did i do something wrong? : (

thanks all. i'm only asking because i have a donation intelligence belt, and tried to add a nd belt on top of that, but couldn't (because one would always end up in my inventory). just wanted to double check before i wasted 100 dqps on a donation belt that I CAN'T WEAR. erlack! thanks again everyone. :) (does anyone know why it's not possible to wear one nd and one donation belt though?)

i know you can wear 2 nd belts, but can you wear two donation belts? tia!
