  2. Particularly about Focused Arrow Strike, it has an odd Source... still if you want to change the Area it hits all you need to do is delete 3 lines of code... But to be honest, I see it fine how it is now.

  5. Just a curious matter... Havent you lost the essence of the game?, It happened to me so... I should explain myself better lol: Do you think you could ever get used again to a low rate environment?, I noticed Ive been soo long in high rate environments that I have completely forgot about Low rate balance and stuff... Im just wondering if theres anyone who haven't lost contact with the orignals jajaja

I think magic will be a double-edged sword, after all reflecting will be sure to kill you with more magic damage, After-cast delay would kill the whole balance there is now on kiels (Kiels prevent the perfect status immunity), and reductions... I don't know they seem Ok on reductions so far, maybe doing a +20% extra Physical damage?

Profesors are not exactly easy its just the reputation they have, a GOOD professor would go safety wall + Blinding Myst and you can say goodbye to any chances on physical/ranged attacks, its not easy to keep that up for long but its possible, other than that they also have the tendency to dispell your butt off if you are not wearing GTB, and REALLY good professors use low lvl bolts so that they can survive a possible reflected bolt until they can safely asume they wont be reflected, if they are even more advanced then they will go physical and hindcasting or fiber lock you and then break your stuff from apart. back on the sniper topic, well Im just not sure anymore, After a lot of testing I found some ways to avoid damage, but still its all on chance and in certain classes skill, for instance: a Ninja can completely ignore a sniper attack but they are quite fragile depending on the build they get, other than that the only counter you could get is pneuma, which still doesnt grant you to be safe of being pushed out of it. As for champions they have the hard way, even if they can completely ignore a sniper attack they cant do big damage unless they have true ultimate equipment and can bash down 3 asuras in a second. Sinx will need to do lots of equipment change, or ultra buffing: 4 Sharp Shottings and its most likely a granted death when wearing either Katars or dual daggers, they can endure the damage but they will still have a higher berry consumption than snipers, the best thing to be done would be to break theyre equipments and/or stone them when they use sharp shoot, since they cannot use maya purple when going full sharp shoot. As for every other class they are near to hopeless, they can avoid damage with errende card, but you will still recieve a lot of damage, also they then to stay on permanent dispell auto-cast to force you use gtb and deal more damage, if they are not fcp'd thats your call, if they are then you must attemp to inflict status effects if they are inmune then they shoulnt be able to deal as much damage as before, however all of this is IF you Are under FCP.

    Theres a petskill list available in any emulator theres no need to source edit, but I still dont think pets would do any good to pvp.

I'm particulary speaking about me lol, when I go sniper I can tank better than my LK can, to be honest I dont care about other snipers as they don't use them properly but the Sniper Potential is gigantic at the moment, Considering I don't have that many overpowered equipment and still be able to go overkill mode it just doesn't seem right to me. I rarely get to speak about something I dont do myself, so could you just shut up nines, every time I try and read what you say i just notice how you just beat up arguments from your butt warts. Sorry edu didnt read past nines post XD, and... you need more practice you know :o, the wart nines is better than you to be honest.
  10. Im actually ok with the shields on Snipers, what doesn't seem right is how Healty they are!, seriously I can hit the 500k wich I cannot with my damn LK. In my opinion its just not fair how they got such a huge advantage over classes now, divest abilities + High HP + high reductions + VERY high damage + Good weight carriage + no reflection possible + No more magic to kill them... I mean, they really have every flank covered, its all a battle of hoping the sniper run out of berry's before you do (assuming you began with more than him). Sugestion clear: either of this: 1- Lower the HP bonus of tao-gunka card back to the original 2- Make the golden thief bug card only partially reduce magic damage on snipers 3- Make the Thara frog card and usakoring card only do - 15~20% damage on Bow user classes. 4- Reduce damage inflicted when a shield is equipped. 5- Remove the Increase weight ability from all weapons. 6-Put a stick up their... ok forget about that. Some feedback? :)
  11. Nines you are a gang ruiner cuz you are a ganger yourself lol. Back to topic: 1- Its 100% pointless to ban people, Im sorry to tell you but then you can just use another character to ladder again. 2- The no party idea its just perfect, well gang will happen but its a little more of a fair situation, after all area spells and target magic will hit their allies :P Its rarely seen that under-geared people party up... its even more rarely that such party's win, and the gang culture has grown way too bad, Now I see people who flame over them not being able to gang back and other things worse... besides have anybody noticed its always the same people?, I dont see any new fighting potential rising... its always the very same people who gang.

  13. yeah that would be fine but... the only possible cap would be on 255... after all I always get 150 + 40~60, and still have my build fully loaded in any class... Imagine the uproar people would do when noticing they need to add so much points... It would be ok on me but well thats me not everybody, other option would be to make the max resistance to status effects: 99% that setting only affects immunity gained via vit/luk, immunity cards and equipments are not affected, however remember that such status effects will have a reduced lasting time (vit reduces the time it takes to recover from such status effects). Id like to hear some opinions from GM's, to be honest I don't think this would be approved but its worth asking.
  14. I'm seriously getting sick of how you believe something works when you don't have a clue lol. It changes depending on your configuration but ALL emulators hold files that regulates the behavior of status effects, among them theres a particular "Configuration" that regulates whats the required vit/luk rate to gain immunity as well as the maximum resistance to status. Besides source edit is no other than a C coding if thats your concern, its not hard, its not an issue and for gods sakes: THATS NOT THE CASE HERE. Back to the idea: Im not sure that would work, I mean things like asura strikers may have a lot of problems (Status immunity require headgear compounded cards) ... not to mention many of the status effects have terrifying effects and they are easy to spam in a high rate environment, the problem its not possibility is just that it would be incredibly hard to regulate, Stun completely nulifies Flee, silence is easy to abuse, sleep is somewhat balanced but then again yes this would be rather hard to control. I'm afraid this cant be done here.
  15. you just duplicate a 2 line code lol add 1 line in two files in the grf and load 1 damn file into the map registry. 15 minutes job lol They dont need to do anything about the ladder lol, they use a map restricted system wich means anything new doesnt instantly count unless they were to add it. and since they have already created a blocking script all they need to do is copy it to the access script in the pvp room. Even if they coulnt copy for some half-minded reason then its just again 5 minutes job.
