Small Window Issue - Already tried troubleshooting steps

Hello everyone. I'm trying to play on this server but like many others I'm having the dreading small window issue. My Setup.exe by default already runs as admin and selecting my video card has never been an issue with your .exe (which by the way is in a foreign language, making it impossible for me to figure out what does what). Your troubleshooting thread seems to address a white-screen issue which is not what I am experiencing. I am already able to choose my video card and selecting run as administrator is proving to be futile as my computer runs it as admin anyway. I have also already tried compatibility settings. 

Your troubleshooting thread does not address this issue in any way, and the proposed solutions (compatibility, etc.) in the other threads do not work. 

Is there a separate setup file that I can use?

I searched and searched for answers, and finally someone random posts this VERY useful link. this fixed the problem for me and should absolutely be put on the website. I have played a lot of different servers and this one has given me the most trouble getting started. 

I believe the problem for me is that my laptop is an Rog asus, so it comes with a customized version of windows 8 (i think its called 8.1) and when you upgrade to 10 it throws the system off. 10 tries to replace your video driver with one it feels is appropriate.

Mismo problema de quien inició este post, esta es la segunda vez que intento instalar este servidor en este año. El link de descarga que disponen no funciona actualmente. Por favor pueden re subirlo o alguien que me pueda ayudar. Saludos.
