Perhaps your Windows Firewall is blocking the access of the game, check the Help Desk for similar problems that has been solved, if there is none, please file a ticket at the Ticket Center so our superiors can clearly explain on how to solve your problem. Bishop Posted August 21, 2015 Report Share Posted August 21, 2015 Seems to me that you're blocking the client from using your internet connection. Check your firewall/virus scanner etc and make sure the FkenRO.exe is not being blocked. Also, try to log in to your account at the control panel.
