So far I've looked at dragon tamer helm for +10%, blue bell ribbon for +25%, and infernal Cape or wings for +10%. What other items and cards could help increase it further? Quote

gennova Posted June 28, 2014 Report Posted June 28, 2014 Moonie card effect wont stack with increase agi lv 10 cause its maxed ur speed cap. I test it moonie with increase agi and without one. And I only see the diference when using moonie without oncrease agi. As for cspeed potion, its still give effect even using moonie card or inc agi Quote
